Trouble Logging In?
Effective Tuesday, March 1st 2005; OneGate has standardized the method to login to Citizen Services throughout all colonies. Now, you must use your Network Username (DCID@region.onegate.net) instead of your 8-digit CCI.
Registered Businesses logging in as a business must use with their Network Username (OBID@bse.onegate.net)
Correct Citizen Login: John Doe, with a CCI of 48175005, has a DCID of jd5005. His home colony is 248 (Atlanta, GA) of the US/Southeast Region. His full network username is: jd5005@usse.onegate.net Your password is your citizen password and the same password which you've logged into Citizen Services in the past. The breakdown for your
network username is DCID@region.onegate.net. If you are unsure of your
network username, DCID, or CCI; or was matriculated before July 1, 2001
and do not have a citizen password, please contact your Office of Colonial
Affairs. Log-in Now. |

| Correct Business Login: Patterson Electronics, with an OBID of B308783, has a network username of B308783@bse.onegate.net. The network username for ALL OneGate Registered Businesses will end in "@bse.onegate.net." Your password is your business services password and the same password which you've logged into Citizen Services in the past. If you are unsure of your
network username, or OBID, please contact the Business Services Extension
or your company liasion. Log-in

reference:
CCI or CCID: Colonial Citizen Identification.
An 8-digit number assigned to you at matriculation.
DCID: Digital Citizen Identification. A combination of your
first and last initial with the last four digits of your CCI.
Region: The four-letter region code assigned to your region.
(ex: The region code for Atlanta, GA; colony 248; is USSE for US/Southeast Region)
OBID: OneGate Business Identification. Assigned to your business
at registration.
BSE: Business Services Extension. The OneGate Extension which
is dedicated to business.
